1. Agreement to Terms

The Site provides the following services: Online startup community for networking. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event we end up in a legal dispute, BrickSense and you agree to resolve it in courts of Maine, USA, under Maine law.

If you live in the Designated Countries: You and BrickSense agree that the laws of Maine, USA, excluding conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Contract and/or the Services. You and BrickSense agree that claims and disputes can be litigated only in Maine, USA, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction of the courts located there.

For others outside of Designated Countries, including those who live outside of the United Kingdom: You and BrickSense agree that the laws of Maine, USA, excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Contract and/or the Services.
